We are happy to announce the publication of In Cold Pursuit by Paul Echols and Christine Byers. Paul is now retired, both from police service and from the Board of Directors for ICSIA.

Both Christine and I have agreed to donate our profits toward a memorial scholarship in the Criminology and Criminal Justice Program at Southern Illinois University in honor of all of the victims. Those who will benefit from this scholarship will be future police officers and investigators. We want the families to know their loved ones will never be forgotten and I can’t think of a better way of doing that. It will be a little bit of good that comes from something so bad.
