This is an in person, three day Shooting Reconstruction class hosted by the Kent County Sheriff. Registration is open to law enforcement only. It is intended for Crime Scene Investigators or Detectives who investigate crime scenes involving gunfire.

Topics to be covered include: firearms types and operation, shooting related terminology, proper use of bullet hole probes, angle determination, cartridge case ejection, deflection and ricochet as well as photography tips and proper documentation.

There is a live fire portion on day two, so appropriate safety gear is required- glasses, ear protection and a bullet resistant vest.

Payment will be accepted online, or by check on day one of class.
