Our CSI Conference will be three days, the 10-12th of September.  The general program of the conference will be general sessions in the morning and breakout session in the afternoon. All breaks and lunch are held within the area of the vendors.  All vendors should see good traffic in the vendors area. There will be door prizes drawn at the end of the day on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Vendors area.

Vendor space will consist of a 6ft skirted table, two chairs, electric and Wi-Fi.  A vendor space is $500 and is first come first served. A second table is $300. The floor is carpeted.  The vendor area will be secured after hours.

Vendor Hours:

Tuesday, September 10th from 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Wednesday, September 11th from 10:00am – 6:00pm

Breaks will be given throughout the day and all refreshments will be served in the vendor area. Lunch will also be served to attendees in an adjacent open room on Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be a door prize drawing in the vendor area between 5:00pm-6:00pm on each day.

Vendor setup will be Tuesday morning. Tear down will be Wednesday night.

Vendors will have full access to all presentations, workshops, and breakout sessions, if space is available. In addition, vendors will be issued a name badge, conference program and given a list of the conference attendees.

Conference address is  NIU Naperville Outreach, 1120 E. Diehl Rd, Naperville, IL 60563.

The conference center will accept shipments from vendors no earlier than 1 week prior to the event and there are no additional charges, they will store any large shipments and shipping containers in the dock area smaller boxes will be behind the reception desk.

Packages should be sent to the attention of: Suzanne Krause.  MORE IMPORTANTLY please put ICSIA Conference on the shipping label. If you will be shipping items out after the meeting you will need to package, attach the label and notify the shipper that it is ready to be picked up.
